First off, if you want to lose wight you have to want it. YOU HAVE TO WANT IT.
Second, eat 5 small meals a day, it's healthier and allows your body to better digest and get more out of the food, don't eat until you are full, just eat what you need to get by with and get on with your day.
Third, cut as much sugar out of your diet as you can, I recommend you go to FRUIT2O, it's water with fruit flavors to it and it can help you cut your addiction to caffeine. Drink water, seriously, you will notice a difference in your health after the first month. This goes without saying eat smart, eat less red meat and more white meat.
Finally, get outside, walk around, get some sun light in your daily routine before that ***** in Spain starts charging you for it's use.
This is all on you, I can tell you how you can improve your life and be able to see you toes when you look down, not bend over and look but look down.... you have to want to be thin, if you don't want to be thin, you'll just be Mr Tubby Tubby.
