Star Scream, I always loved the idea that he is the second hand man who is constantly trying to kill his boss. What a great character! That's true evil, just bastardized, backstabbing evil. Also he is one of the only transformers in the movie who has character, and not only character, but character the fans expect.
From the recent "bay formers" I'm going to go with sideswipe http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sideswipe although he only has one awesome bit it does involve cutting another car transformer and ending with the phrase "Damn I'm good" (or similar)
From the older generation TV shows etc. Has to be Starscream he looked awesome, and always acted as a rival to megatron which makes him pretty bad-ass. My favorite was from the old cartoon series as well, Warpath. He was a little red tank and his catch phrase was BAMMMMM. When he died in the original animated movie, that was the first time I remember crying over someone (Real or imaginary) Dieing.
Jetfire, he's an SR71 Blackbird, and I had his model when I was eight.
He may be old but he does what he needs to. If his parts made Optimus that powerful imagine him in full swing by himself!
It was sad that he died soley because I love that one so much. They couldn't have picked a better geriatric though as SR71 Blackbird's are known for being leaky bastards and thats why they were retired from service.
