Futurama and Archer....far too tough of a call to make. Gun to my head? I'd say Futurama, but mainly because I grew up with it, and have never not liked an episode.

South Park, it's hit and miss but they still manage to put out 5-6 really great episodes a year.

Robot Chicken is also quite awesome and usually gets the biggest actual LOLs from me.
