I love The Amazing Atheist and Thunderf00t. I cannot stand VenomfangX. He's at least understandable (but wrong) when he's talking about evolution but I get really pissed off when he has the nerve to criticise (SP?) science in general. At least he got his ass handed to him by Thunderf00t. I especially recommend his "Why do people laugh at Creationists" series. Oh, and Captain Disillusion, of course. He's awesome. I would say James Randi as well, but he goes beyond Youtube so he doesn't really count (despite being super awesome) Digitalph33r was good back in the day but I don't think he's done anything for a while.
