Favorite Anime Villain

So anyways, this is something that came up while I was watching a certain anime. So to all you anime and manga fans, who's your favorite villain?

My favorite, and the inspiration for this thread, has to be:

Medusa from Soul Eater. Ruthless, manipulates everyone and an all-around terrible person, I thought she was awesome.

Anime is short for animation, anyway. The only reason people restrict the term to Japanese animation is for classification sake. The super intelligent monkey stays.

Charles Di Brittania. but that's just because I love to hate him so much, and because the anime in general(Code Geass) is just absolutely mind-blowing.
Victor, from Buso renkin is a close second, because that anime is also amazing and because his dichotomy shows you how important perception is.

For gleefully psychotic villains i'll throw in everyones favorite ho/foe yay couple Anderson and Alucard.

For sympathetic villains, Scar from Full Metal Alchemist. He who fights monster much? Him being a total badass doesn't hurt.

 

[Tsunimo]

I don't like to think of Claire Stanfield as a villain. But he seems to be seen as such so him.
But a close second is Akito/Agito.
