Star Wars the Arcade Game. Best Lightsaber control for any Star Wars game, and if the Wii makes a lightsaber same then they should model it after that.

House of the Dead, Time Crisis and Crazy Taxi. I haven't been in an arcade for years so I don't know what games are in arcades these days.

You cannot have a 'best of' list of arcade games without X-Men. Not sure if it was the first ever 6-Player Arcade game, but it was the only one I ever saw, not to mention the only one that combined two regular arcade screens into one. Lots of fun, though we never managed to get more than 5 people playing at once with my brother, my cousin, myself, and two other guys who joined in when they saw us playing together. Maybe they thought together we had a prayer of actually reaching Magneto... LOL don't think so. Regardless I'll never forget it.
