Favorite "Bad" Movie?

Waterworld

I was really surprised when I learned it was considered a bad movie. It had action, comedy, even a little romance. Sure, Dennis Hopper was a bit over the top, but a lot of action movie villains are--especially when there's comedy in the movie. I also find the story of an advanced civilization falling & being all but forgotten by society quite interesting.

Yea, I'll second that, the story wasn't horrible and the setting was interesting overall.

It seems like nobody has anything good to say about Tron: Legacy, and maybe they've got some valid points. Regardless, I loved that movie. From the standpoint of both a fan of the original Tron and a fan of cool "spectacle" movies, it was extremely enjoyable. And hey,

Really? Odd, I've heard nothing but GOOD things about the movie.

I've heard a lot of bad things about Tron:Legacy and to be honest, it could have easily been a better movie. That didn't stop me from loving it. Daft Punk, Olivia Wilde, Jeff Bridges and shiny things? Heaven!

I'm going to nominate Highlander as my bad movie of choice because it was terrible, but so very very fun at the same time.

Holy Grail is one of the best comedy films of all time.

Agreed, in every particular.
I haven't ready any of the threads about it in the forums so I didn't know people were knocking it that much. So, I don't consider it a "bad" movie.
Anyway.
My vote goes for the entire Transporter franchise. They're mindless, silly, and fun.

I loved Tron: Legacy too; I can't see how it's a bad movie.

For some reason, I have a big spot in my heart for Waterworld, The Postman, Battlefield Earth, and Starship Troopers.

Aside from what is probably unintentional camp-factor, they always entertain.

Rock Horror Picture Show, or if that doesn't count as a bad movie, the remake of the Wicker Man it was so stupid it was kinda awesome, the same applies to The Happening.

Indeed! The Monthy Python movies were made with such an incredibly low budget, that doesn't make them bad films per se.
