C9 lmg, sexy beast of a gun, takes standard 5.56mm 200 round belts, easy to use and clean, pretty solid metal design other than the plastic fore-grip also accepts standard magazines in a special port.
either that or the c6 gpmg...love how that thing sounds plus its metal and wood with 7.62mm rounds.
both were great toys back in the day, but my c9 was my baby, and i didn't let anyone touch her.
edit: just realized this was about games...uh realistic shooters: m4 with a reflex or acog sight and an under-mounted master-key, i cant think of a problem that cant be solved with one of those.
unreal: the ripper, spinning discs of decapitation that bounce off walls and floors if they miss, alt fire to explode on contact.

the semi auto shotty in bad company 2 and 12-gauge rounds was how i leveled up my sniper kit so it is my favorite
I gotta go with the classic: Doom II's double barrel shotgun takes the cake. Loud, big, and can potentially rip 5 monsters in half at the same time.

I love the USAS 12 in Bad Company 1, an autoshotgun with the most amount of bullets per magazine. Plus, since it used a clip, reloading was much faster than the pump-actions and looked pretty cool too.
The Combat Shotgun from Fallout 3, especially since I used the Weapon Kits mod which could make it fully automatic. Plus, add that to my 100 Small Guns skill and it gave me around 650 damage, which was around three times more powerful as the Missle Launcher.
Also, the Double Barrel Shotgun (not Sawn-off) in Fallout 3 (Point Lookout DLC). Two shots at once and a really fast reload.

The shotguns from Doom and Quake for the OG factor. The shotgun from Perfect Dark was pretty sweet, too (especially the double blast secondary function). Also, any and all appearances of the Pancor Jackhammer; off the top of my head I've seen it in Fallout, Far Cry, Max Payne and Ecks Vs. Sever but I know there's others I've missed. Not from a game but, like several others on this thread, I too dug the Norinco Winchester Model 1887 wielded by Arnie in T2. You cannot tell me one armed spin-cocking ain't made of win.
