If you don't see the charm in this, there is something even wronger with you than there is with me.

Not good.

First theme I thought of, and while I usually don't pick favourites I often post the first thing that pops up in my head. Gods I love Molgera's theme. It's one of the main reasons why Wind Waker is my second favourite Zelda game; it's so much more charming than most other Zelda games, and I just love that folk-style music.

Though I also want to post this:
Kind of a sub-boss, but it counts. Freakin' loved that theme, together with the Master Hand one.

Also Pokemon Soul Silver final battle theme with Red.

An awesome fan remix, not in the actual game I'm afraid.

Demise of the Ritual from Shadow of the colossus nothing beats it and probably never will because it is emotionally powerful and makes you feel overwhelmed rather than feeling that you are the hero and you will win, hearing it like this won't make it justice you will have to play the game to understand.
