i never really like boses as they arnt usually well made.

Any boss from God Hand, they are always super tough but it sure is satisfying to repeatedly stomp their heads to nothing

I'll be boring and say GLaDOS from Portal.

However, the Ganon fight from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was a good one, though it felt a little tacked on. They probably could've left it at Zant but they chose not to.

Despite the fact that he isn't hard, the absolute best boss for me, is The End from Metal Gear Solid 3. That guy took me about 30 minutes to beat (I was going for his camo) but man was it fun to do. Also I sniped him with my pistol which was kinda fun
