Wait has anyone said Firefly yet? I kid, I kid.

Seriously though:

Firefly
Arrested Development
Invader Zim

Though I've seen them all in this thread already.

Boston Legal, god I loved that show.

Legend of the Seeker. Cut before it's time.

Zoids! I don't care what anyone says, it was awesome!

Of course, Firefly and also I was kinda sad when Angel was cancelled but that show was going downhill for a long time.
Boston Legal was great!

Jericho was mine. I especially liked the first season, when the show focused more on survival than anything else.
This.
NUTS!

So after Jericho, there's Kings, Mental, Fear Itself, Eleventh Hour, The Unusuals, Defying Gravity, Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles, the Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Teen Titans, Dead Like Me, It Takes a Thief, Better off Ted (?), and Millennium. Seriously, all I had to do was check my DVR's recorded series and type up my litany of shows I refuse to admit are never coming back.

Mine would be Dead Like Me, but I also miss Threshold. :(
My main problem with Threshold is that actions never had consequences... The biggest example of this was the EMP going off, casuing the entire city to blackout at the end of that episode. And the next episode everyone carried on as if nothing had happened. I don't even think it got mentioned :S

Other than that though I did find it very interesting and I miss it too...
It got mentioned a few times in episodes after it happened, also the thing growing on the bottom of the ocean was meant to be some massive storyline, but they were axed with barely enough time to make a final episode, most of the last episodes went unaired in the USA, luckily they all aired here in the UK.
Yeah we only got one episode after the EMP one here in Oz... We get teh short end of every stick though lol. Seriously we're not even half way through Supernatural season 5 and they cut it until stupid Master Chef finishes... Bastards.
I like Masterchef. It's on here at like 3-5am so I usually watch it, it also never cuts in on programs I like ^_^

Captain Power and the Soldiers of the future. I have never met a single person who has ever heard of this way ahead of its time gem from the late '80's. It was a world war II allegory with robots and interactive toys and CG. No one even knows why it was cancelled.

Wonderfalls and Firefly probably tie for second.

I'm amazed at the amount of Firefly fans and the lack of a Firefly group until I made one.

But my top two were mentioned within the first two posts.

Firefly and Jericho.

Freaks and Geeks! Although I haven't seen Arrested Development or Firefly, so I might like one of those more when I get around to watching them.

And of course the amazing Clone High.

Over There [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Over_There_%28TV_series%29] was pretty damn awesome.
I never understood why they stopped that show.

As for me, it would have to be toonami as a whole. Especially Yuyu Hakusho

Spectacular Spider-man, the recently canceled one. Those bastards didn't know what they were losing!

But at least it went out in a big way...

Living on the edge,
Fighting crime, spinning webs
Swinging off the highest ledge,
He can leap over our heads!

Villain's on the rise and the city's victimized,
Looking up with no surprise
Arriving in the speed of time
Spectacular, Spectacular Spider-Man!

As embarrassing as it can be to be caught singing or humming that, you have to admit it's catchy as all hell. Curse you Marvel for canceling the best thing to happen to Spidey since Spider-Man 2, CURSE YOU!!!
