*gasp* I remember this! I watched it when I was a little kid on CBBC, I think. I remember the often used phrase "hypercycle, lock and find", and a shapeshifter that impersonated the Phantom, before becoming a good guy. I think there was a segment where an old lady taught him about Hanuka while lighting a candelabrum. Even before seeing the youtube clip I could remember the basic layer of the theme song. Ahh memories
