Great model, fun attacks, good physics all around. Completely gimped by Nintendo's strange fetish for giving the shittiest stats to the coolest characters.

Melee - Samus
Apart from the floaty physics, I love her moveset. And hey, it's Samus! If they ever let her unleash her true potential, she would probably flat out murder the entire roster. (Who doesn't want to watch Jigglypuff get smoked by a plasma beam?)

Because he's Luigi. And Luigi was awesome.
