Everyone loves cheese. Unless you suck at digesting lactose.

My favorites are pepperjack and brie.
I really hate brie, i dont get how anyone could like it, it just tastes like fat and salt and mould. I like cheddar myself, and theres this cream cheese you can get with almonds and apricots in it, its delicious.

I like Brie. Of course, when it's mixed with other types of cheese, it becomes even better.

Brie + Gorgonzola + A fresh, hot soft pretzel == HEAVEN

I have never tried to learn how the different kinds of cheese are called. I usually just take 0.5 kilogram piece of cheese, put it on a slice of bread and microwave it until all of the cheese melts.
But if I had to choose, then propably gouda.

I would have to say I'm a Munster kind of guy, but I do love me my mozzarella.

Okay fine, it's a little boring for a favourite cheese but fuck you, it makes great sandwiches.

Otherwise Mozzarella whenever large chunks of it are melted, and Cheddar or Edam for everything else.

There are a lot of types of brie out there, can you be more specific? I used to like a lot of different brie or moldier cheeses but oddly since I developed my onion allergy I cannot take the taste of em.

Muenster cheese, without a doubt.

Oddly enough an American born cheese that has little to do with the French muenster cheese, but it's still one of the best white cheeses I've yet had.
White with orange rind muenster is my favorite! Indecently do you know why the rub orange all around it? I just want to know. Personally though I just keep a huge block or cheddar in the fridge for cost reasons. If it gets too old it turns from sharp cheddar to sharper. Can't loose.

Here are all of my favorites:

Mozzarella.

Feta.

Swiss.

Provolone.

And Colby Jack/Pepper Jack.

I would eat all cheese varieties at least once, and those listed above I would live on if given the opportunity.

Red leicester, Parmesan and Mozzarella. Not much, but still so good. I have yet to try a lot of cheese's, as i've only tried about 6 types.
