Popeye the Sailor hands down. I always enjoyed watching the episodes over and over again. Then again, I had the attention span of a squirrel.

Oof. Favorite cartoon? That would be a toughy.

My vote either goes to Invader Zim, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, or Reboot.

Reboot would also make an unbelievably awesome game. Seriously, it's all right there, why hasn't anyone done this yet? D:

Edit: (And yes, The computer from Courage The Cowardly Dog is one of the best non-living animated characters. Right up there with GLaDOS.)

Street Sharks.

What part of this isn't awesome?

I used to be crazy about those. There's only one way to describe Street Sharks; "Totally fucking sweet".

the old Courage the Cowardly Dog was cool, to, pretty freaky though...

Oh boy, this is one of those questions that'd take me all day to answer fully. See, I never had a "favorite" cartoon, I had a whole slew of them. Yeah, growing up in the 90s helps with that.

However, in lieu of a wall-o-text, I'll just say "Batman: The Animated Series" and let you off with a warning.

Ok, let's put it this way:

In the 80's alone [http://www.80scartoons.net/], there was possibly 400 cartoons I watched semi-regularly. Not counting the 70's Hanna Barbera, 60's Scooby Doo, 50's Tom & Jerry/Warner Bros., 90's Cartoon Network, and the occasional show in the 00's.

That's a good 1,500 to choose from.

Unforgotten Realms

On TV, I'm gonna go with Rocco's Modern Life. "R-E-C-Y-L-E Recycle! C-O-N-S-E-R-V-E Conserve! Now don't you P-O-L-L-U-T-E Pollute the rivers, sky and sea or you will get what you deserve!" and if I remember correctly, that episode was paired with the silent one with the food-o-matic. For some reason, I laughed harder at Rocco hitting a walking cactus then anything else ever.

By the way, this is unrelated to gaming and should be in off topic.

I have a lot actually, so it's really hard to pick just one, so I'll just name some off the top of my head: Freakazoid, Tiny Toon Adventures, Histeria, Angry Beavers, Sam & Max, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Samurai Jack, Invader Zim, Batman Beyond, Ed Edd & Eddy, Swat Kats...
I admit that I got into someof these AFTER their runs ended, which bites since they're barely (if not ever) shown on TV anymore...

I was born in 1990, which means I grew up in a time were cartoons were still clever and funny so that the whole family could enjoy it(or at least thats how it seemed)
but my all time favorite cartoon had to be Courage the Cowardly dog, my favorite episode is the Fred the Barber episode.
my question to you is what is your favorite cartoon from your childhood?

*edit thought it was search bar approved, but then I realized I had misspelled childhood sorry
The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog or SatAM Sonic the Hedgehog.
Then Batman and Spiderman (the 90's series).
