Favorite Desserts

I was recently thinking about the merits (or lack of) of cake and I was wondering what my fellow escapists preferred as the ultimate dessert. So what do you think is the best?

dont have much of a sweettooth but definately a toss up between icecrea,, cheesecake and chocolate mousse

I always enjoy a nice, homemade banana cream pie, or good strawberry shortcake, but I would have an unseemly love affair with a really good piece of cheesecake.

Can;t go wrong with some ice cream and pancakes. I love Canada.

My aunt make a delicious strawberry pie...but not like a warm pie with whole strawberries or anything. It's a chilled pink strawberry cream she makes somehow. I don't know, it's beyond me, but it's delicious. Whenever she bakes any, she makes one whole pie for me and I just grab a fork and finish it in one sitting.
