Watch the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie and take a shot/swig every time they violate the laws of physics and/or nature. Needless to say, we didn't make it through half the film before we were gone.
I did that whenever the creepy little monochrome kid shows up in The Grudge.
Personally, I would say that the WiiFit is the best drinking game. Mixing alcohol with balance, finesse, and coordination is the way to go.

My personal favorite is a bar dice game called 7-14-21. For those of you who don't know how to play it, I'll explain as briefly as possible.
*You have five dice in a cup.
*You shake the cup and try to roll aces (only aces count)
*If you don't roll any aces, you pass the cup on to the next person.
*As soon as someone get's 7 aces (cumulative), they select the shot.
*You continue to roll until you hit 14, that person pays for the shot.
*You continue to roll until you get to 17 (this is where rules vary and get tricky)
*At the count of 17, you remove one dice since you only need 4 aces to get to 21.
-for example, if I were to roll only one ace, I would remove one die (spelling?), likewise with two aces, remove two die, etc
*Now, once you get to 20 and only have one die left, you can either roll and see if you rolled an ace, or pass it to whomever you wish (without looking) and see if they get to take the shot. If not, then they get to roll and can either look or pass the rolled die on to another player. Whomever hits 21 drinks the shot.
-A variant can be played where if you're at 17 and roll 4 aces, you then drink 4x the original shot...i.e., 1 shot of whiskey turns in to 4 shots.

This... this is incredible... I wonder if there's some way to adapt it for the US congress. Probably not, actually, since lively debate and hot tempers never make their way into the US house or senate. Mine is a numers game . you pick two numbers and you are not alowed to say this number or a multiple of this number so lets say you pick 2 and 11 it goes like this.
1-2-pass-4-5-pas-7-8-pas-10-pas-pas-pas-14 and so on
Now you have to count in turns the one that fucks up takes a shot.
After a couple of shots you fuck up all the time.

all about ring of fire. Quite cool if you make one of the cards the "rule" card. So people can make up rules; gets pretty messy when you add rules like "can't sat drink, I or you" and can't answer questions (take a drink for breaking said rules)PurpleLemur said:
