Plenty of them. Traveler was great, Moonlight was great, and Fringe was great.
But then American Idol had to be two hours and Fringe just disappeared...It was looking to be a great show to, as only about three episodes aired...
I'm most pissed that Traveler got canceled though.
Fringe was just on break. It will be back in a few weeks. But to name a few TV shows that got the short end of the stick. . . . .
*Firefly - Great show that suffered from the network not being behind it and not being able to capture a mainstream audience.
*Moonlight - Another great show that despite being on Friday night did great ratings but high production costs combined with the writers strike and a lack of backing by CBS were just too much for it to overcome.
*Arrested Development - Honestly I dont know why this isnt still on . . . .
*Life on Mars (US) - A show that started out slow and never was able to recover even with possibly the best cast on TV.
*Kindred: The Embraced: - Good show, but when your leading actor gets hit by a bus (or something equally deadly) between seasons it makes for a difficult time.
*The Riches - Another superb show falling victim to the recent writers strike.
*Jericho - Interesting show that was never given the time needed to catch on and was sadly canceled . . . .twice
