My favorite guy so far is Mel. The failed Bandit, I felt sorry for him as he tried to rob me.

Deathclaws are easy, just get the high ground when ever you can, even a little pile of rubble will prevent them from hitting you. Also playing ring around the post is fun.

was pretty good too, you lost karma finding out what was going on, then after you chose to kill them or not, you can get their fingers for caps, so I guess the game thought they were evil after all.

the NukaMirelurks scared the shit out of me when I first saw them.

though I wish they kept the Floaters

Those things were hilarious just because how stupidly easy they were to kill:
Floater moves
Floater has a critical failure and is hit for 200 damage
Floater has died.
*hopes we're talking about the same thing*

Nuka-Mirelurks, and Mirelurk guards. Its a great deal of fun to be pitted against a giant blue crab, and have to hop around trying desperately to catch a glimpse of his face. I just felt it was satisfying on my first few encounters to be presented with a fun challenge, and then promptly devour his claws shortly after.

I'm a big fan of the queen fire ant... Such a pain to kill with melee due to sheer time spent on it... Ha

Those giant rabid bear-things... I think they're called Yao-gai or something.

They scare the brain out of me.

Super mutants!

It's so fun to sneak around them and eavesdrop on conversations like this one I heard in Vault 87:
'I wish I was strong enough to use a power-sledge like the brutes.'
'Yes, so much smash!' (and then he just kinda went 'mmmmmm')

After listening in it's always great to get a sneak headshot with my trusty hunting rifle, most satisfying dismemberment in any game ever.
