OP, I'd have too say that the coolest fictional character ever is Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji. Because it's true. (Don't tell Saxton Hale I said that)

This isn't about coolest characters, it's about favorite characters. And I've only seen one episode of Bleach and don't care about it because I don't like anime.
