Well, there is one psyker that I liked from books more than others.
One of my favourite characters. Made me cry when stuff happened.
Agun Soric, scratch-company hero of Vevunhive.
It is a fact that all Timelords are psychic to some extent.
Ergo, I choose The Doctor.

I must say though, people from Atreides family line, along with one specific ghola are also extremely powerful.
Not really my favourite (although I do really like her), but I will mention this one just because I want to see if anybody recognises her:

As for why she is cool. She is psychic, but isn't happy with it. She is also quiet and mysterious, and I like that in female anime characters, as often they are created to be boisterous and loud.

Well, I am assuming the array of psychics from which we can draw spans any character from any piece of fiction, so I'll have to go with none other than...
