Eggplant curry with yellow rice and rosted cashews.
Dirt cheap to make incredibly filling and the tastiest meal I've ever eaten, possibly because it also reminds me of home but mostly it's just godly in flavour. It's been a family staple since I was born and the curry is perfect for freezing incase of a rainy day...

Excuse me I'm going to go unfreeze some now that y'all have made me hungry.

I tend to make pretty good grilled cheese...

I'm a big fan of Japanese curry, which is why I learned how to make it ages ago. I made a few changes though, I use sweet potato instead of carrot (because sweet potato is superior). I also add some Cayenne pepper, since the Japanese can't handle their spice, and the thought of a not-spicy curry horrifies me.
Wait what. I've never had non-spicy Japanese curry and I lived in Japan for 3 years.

Pizza in all of its iterations is what I love to make most. It's one of the few things that I don't need a recipe for. Yum cheese.

I can make a pretty killer panini if I do say so myself, dont expect it to be super healthy, in fact its entirely the opposite. Cheese (I personally like Spicy cheese, however it isn't essential), 2 strips of bacon, 2 hash browns, a fried egg, 2 vertically sliced sausages, and a generous helping of BBQ sauce.

Yeah, it will be the death of me one day, but its SOOOO GOOOD

BBQ tenderloin cooked to medium rare with some brushed on BBQ sauce. Other stuff: optional.

I also make lobster on very rare occasion (fresh and alive, not frozen). I don't even use butter since I love the actual flavour of lobster so much. Plus, if you don't use butter, it's actually fairly healthy.

I can make a mean Jambalaya, Chicken, Chorizo, Prawn and many other lovely thing that i can be bothered to write down because there are many.

And, not because of it being my best recipe but because it won me a few bets, the orange cake. It wins bets because when a drunk person claims they can bake a cake on a barbecue there is always an idiot willing to take the bet. Its simple, chop top of orange scoop out innards, fill with basic sponge mixture, maybe a few chocolate chips, replace lid wrap with foil and place on coals until ready. Nice easy barbecued desert.

The pub grub veggie burger from the book "Veggie burgers every which way". My brother is a stalwart steak eater and even he loves them. It's probably the only thing I've ever seen him eat without meat, and they're so easy to make, too. JUst some chickpeas and beans and shiz, and bam! Best burgers evar.

Cinnamon buns or Pizza.

Ever since I made Cinnamon buns, I can't seem to stop making them, and Pizza home made is just delicious. I'm more of a baker than a chef myself.

Biscuits and gravy.

It's pretty much the first thing I ever learned to cook, and it's amazing every time, especially because the gravy is essentially 70% sausage with just a hint of the sauce part.

I really, REALLY like making coffee and sandwichburgers in the morning. Some coffee, freshly ground Arabica (preferably), add some cream, little bit o' brown sugar and some cacao powder... Combine that with two slightly toasted sandwiches with beef patty's, some bacon, pickles, those little cherry tomatoes and some edammer cheese... Yeah ,my day can't go wrong after having some of that...

I know, it's very simple but oh so cathartic!!!
