If you're into zombie games, I've got two that might work for you.
The first is Dead Frontier. It's a 3d shooter/2d social based game. You can chat on the forums, check the marketplace for player sold goods, and various other things in the outpost you start off in, and other outposts you can travel to. The other obvious bit is the 3d based zombie shooting, with some thrown in looting. They plan to re-add building interiors to explore and outpost missions to complete for various rewards.
The second is a strategy, AP based game called Die2Nite. You start off in a town with like 15 other people. Everyday you and the rest of the town must make collective decisions on what to build, construct, upgrade, repair, and so forth. This all costs AP, which you start of with 6. Eating food and drinking water replenish AP, but only once each per day. Meds and various other tools can replenish AP as well, but those come with downsides.
The cool thing is your character can die in various ways. Either by hunger (yet to be added), dehydration, zombies, poison, you name it. You can explore the wasteland outside of the town, and even camp in the wilderness after night falls. A good amount of treachery can also take place, due to the "no holds barred" suggestion of the game. Either help your fellow townspeople to survive for the greater good, or betray them for resources to help yourself survive. Very fun, I suggest you check both out.
