Mass effect...despite the crappy ending of the series. If you twisted my arm and demanded to know, I'd say it's a tossup between 2 and 3.
This said, i also love the Soul Calibur game series, and currently my favourite is 5.
Lastly, Legacy of Kain, and it's probably going to be Soul Reaver that's my fave.
