Favorite Game Controller

Merry Christmas everyone!

Today we shall be talking about game controllers. A lots changed since the classic NES square design (no kidding, SkullCap) and we've seen some different designs come and go. So I'd like to pay tribute to my favorite game controller today and I invite you to do the same.

(Geez this guy talks a lot) So I'd like start (How humble of you). My favorite game controller is the Wireless WaveBird controller for the Nintendo GameCube. It's light, simple, and it's design fit pefectly with your hands. Let's not forget no wires, comfortable grip, no bulky buildup, and no problems (almost as if it was designed that way you idio-) *BAM!*

*Puts gun away* Anyway in my opinion the Wireless WaveBird controller is the best wireless controller out there and personally my favorite game controller of all time.

I'll agree with the Wavebird's appeal but my personal favorite is probably the wireless Xbox 360 controller. Its the one I use the most.

Wow...3 people love the gamecube controller? I personally found it to be the most cumbersome controller to date for me. I personally like the 360 controller best, despite some issues I have with it.

Mouse/Keyboard, but for consoles, I'll go with the 360 controller, seeing as it's what i've been using for so long.

Yeah, I didn't game that much when I was younger.
I like it as it feels the most natural to hold for me.

I loved the gamecube and 360 controllers, I can't understand what's great about the playstation controller :\ The analog sticks are in an annoying place.

My personal opinion only, I know some people love the PS controllers >.<

The MW2 360 controller is great, it's more precise than the normal one and has nice pistol grip sides so your hands don't slip.

It's kinda light though.

I'm no console gamer, but the dualshock controller seems to be the best. Either that or the regular Gamecube one. Gamecube ftw

Most definitely the regular Gamecube controller. I prefer silver but that doesn't matter. To this day I still don't know which one's 'X' and what one's 'Y'...

I gotta say the 360 controller. It may be because I've used it for close to 3 years now, but the ways it's set up just feels right to me.

A PS3 controller, I guess it's just because it's the only controller I really use and am familar with it.

Yeah Im gonna have to go with the 360 controller. IF! we're sticking with consoles here.

If not then the Keyboard and mouse set-up. It was perfect when it was invented and hasnt stopped being perfect since.

Gamecube was definatly the first thing that came to mind. my 360 ones are a close second. Hell, i'd rather use the gamecube controller on wii games than the wii mote.

Gamecube controller for me. It just feels natural to me. A close second would have to be the N64 controller, just because I used to love the face my mom gave me because I knew how to work the damned thing.
