One winged Angel is such an overrated song. I hate FF7 but I can admit the soundtrack is decent, but that song just sounds terrible.Spirultima said:

I have to go the Mario theme(s). Not only are they catchy, they're universal. Nearly everyone knows and likes it, which is a nice change for a gamer.

It was a TERRIBLE game but AWESOME music. I get so energetic with that song.
However my favourite is the opening theme of Jungle Strike, the SNES version. I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT IT DRIVES ME CRAZY WITH JOY.

Oh I you need not lecture me on the original, I grew up with it as well. Just after hearing the orchestral version, Advent children s, and the worlds enemy, the "original" has less spark in it like the more conventional ones. I guess it has not aged well unlike other game music I have hear. I mean to this day I still think FF6's sound track is one of the greatest game sound tracks ever composed, there was just something about those chiptunes that gave it so much life.

And I know it isn't the topic, but I have a question for you guys. First meeting with the Dahaka in Warrior Within, where your only choice of action is to run away. I Stand Alone by Godsmack comes on. Am I the only one who completely lost all interest in the game once that happened?
