Favorite Games to Marathon?

Just got into mabinogi, i wouldnt say "favourite", but ive spent a couple saturdays straight playing it.

You just reminded me that I never finished Machinarium. I need to see if I can still access my copy of the game somehow (had to install a new OS after Vista crashed and burned).

Bethesda's RPGs are very addictive for me [Oblivion, Morrowind, and FO3 being great examples]

Other than that, Team-based Online FPSs [CoD, MAG, TF2] are my drug of choice.

Mass Effect games are certainly the main ones, otherwise its FPSs, specially Halo and CoD

Whenever I buy a new game or want to nostalgia, I usually see how long I can just marathon it. Puzzle games and JRPGs seem easier for me to marathon than action/adventure or platformers (though that didn't stop me from powering through AC:Brotherhood in the course of one very long day filled with the obligatory Hot Pockets and Doritos).

I go for series game, and try to play the entire series straight through.
My favorites would be Metal Gear and Assassins Creed.

Marathon

The top contender for me would be the Civilization games. I once spent TWELVE HOURS playing Civilization 5. TWELVE HOURS!!! I hated myself for days after that. Those games should come with warning labels...

I've also had many marathon sessions (over 3 hours) playing Team Fortress 2, Morrowind, and Fallout 3 (though not for TWELVE HOURS!!!).

Well I did beat Fable 2 in one sitting, I mean I did everything humanly possible in it. But if I had to chose one game it would be Monster Hunter Tri. I never get tired of that game.

Currently in a KOTOR 2 marathon right now, didn't have a damn thing to do this weekend. *sniffs arm pits and shrugs*

I'm honestly not sure what everyone's problem was with this game, I think it's really good so far. Though I did download the restored content mod before I started.

Lately I've been playing Fallout: New Vegas now that I finally have the DLCs and haven't stopped playing them!

Also every now and then I like to go back and play some Dynasty Warriors 4 and 5 for long periods of time.
