favorite Grenade from any game

Exactly what it sounds like.
I'm gonna have to go with the proximity/timed/sticky sonic nades from Republic Commando, for those of you who know what that game is. Nothing beat either a) throwing right by a Genosian Elite's head and watching it explode them into bits or b) backing away from a group of Slavers with knives and planting one one a corner.

The stun grenades from COD4 gain a close second. The mix of flash and stun was perfect

Frag grenades from far cry 2 are the best. It's the only game I've ever played where grenades feel really powerful.

Splitter grenades from the Endless War series. Those things are dangerous.

They're all around the same. You throw, they explode, stuff gets hurt.

But I guess I've got a soft spot for sticky grenades in any game, there's not much more pleasing to the eye than to see your semtex land right on someone's chest or head.

The grenades from Day Of Defeat, they're like nukes, wipe out a small village with one

I guess It'd had to be any frag grenade but especially from bf2
don't quite know why but I always seemed to like... oh wait it's because I could have infinite grenades if I picked a right class

either sticky gernades in Halo or the or the wierd light-distorting, matrix-like gernades from FEAR

to make gernades work they have to explode on contact with the enemy (either automatically or because you cooked the gernade)

Swarm Grenade from Timeshift takes the cake. Spits out mini attack drones

The grenades from Turok Evolution that created black holes or something, and the spiky ones.

Transfusion Grenades from Borderlands. You don't need to throw them anywhere near your opponent and it still does damage while healing you.

why, the heat seeking rocket propelled one in bioshock, of course.

The flame grenades from Halo.
Less spread than a Molotov, but more power.

HE grenades from Counter-Strike: Source. It's fun to get a frag using them and I'm so accurate with them that I can throw them basically anywhere in my reach.

My favorite by far are mini-nuke grenades in Fallout 3, followed up by black hole grenades. Bordorlands had those awesome teleporting longshot grenades.

I'm also a big fan of the detonation mechanic from Halo, where the frags explode after a certain time from their first bounce.
