Speaking of portable consoles that aren't really portable, the GameGear. I've still got one upstairs collecting dust, 'cause I'll be damned if I'm going to always use a beast that burns through 6 AAs in three hours. It's still great though.

Anyhoo, GBASP. Best money saver ever, since Gameboy's only need 2 batteries instead of 4, due to the no batteries anymore.

Meh, I prefer light games when I'm travelling rather than full on ones.

For that matter my iPod Touch is quite a good gaming system for bus journeys and the like.

Shouldn't this be moved to the gaming section? No big deal. Anywho, definitely the DS. Carrying on the Gameboy torch nicely, lots of fun stuff. Had a psp when it came out, went a good year or so with no great games to speak of that weren't ports of ps2 games...and I sold it. Might pick up a new one, if only for the Final Fantasy Tactics redux.

I'm sure it is. Same with the DS in my opinion. In fact, pretty much the same with every handheld recently except the N-Gage.
