i'm well versed in hand to hand more so than a weapon, so i'd knock them out, go grab a knife, and stab them while they are still on the ground.

probably the paper crossbow i was inspired to make after watching that mythbusters episode, failing that, and depending on the amount of time i have, probably one of the many hunting knives and shotguns that my father keeps in the house would do nicely

Not really a fair question for me since I have several guns and boxes of ammo in my room, however for a truly improvised weapon, I would use... MY SOMBRERO!
