Favorite Instrumental Songs?

What are your favorite instrumental songs, from just a single electric guitar to a full blown orchestra?

One of my favorites is this:

Antione Dufour. Nice accoustic piec. I also like a bunch of classical stuff, and some more rock/metal instrumentals.

I also like Jessica by the Allman Brothers band if only for the fact that it is the theme to Top Gear.

Two songs by a local band from my home town the band is Scathana and the songs are "Riders of the Sidhe" and "The flowers of the Carn Corrslebe". What is especially cool is all the music was written preformed and his original demo was recorded entirely by the one guy. If any of you are interested

Absolutely anything by Virus Key. There are some phenomenal doujin groups that do Touhou arranges, TAMusic perhaps being the best known and most regarded (and my close second favourite), but Virus Key surpasses them all with vigour and it is criminal that they are not more popular. Behold:
