Pizza, of course, though I usually warm it up in the oven before eating. Cold pizza isn't as good as warm pizza, especially when it's leftovers...

Left over lamb and roast potatoes - next day fry them in a wok with some baked beans - lovely

Almost anything I'd eat in the first place. Some of the few things I won't eat as leftovers are french fries and baked beans. Anything else is fair game, meats, vegetables, rice, curry, sandwiches, pasta...

But yeah, my vote goes towards pizza as well.

NOT GOOD LEFTOVERS:
-Chinese food: it gets all hard and cold and nasty, and all the nice pre-greasy fried bits of it harden into fat globdules that are all white and GROSS
-Anything made of egg-just trust me on this. Egg does not keep well...
-Salad-Okay everyone says 'oh I'll just eat it for lunch later' NOBODY wants to eat soggy, browning, lettuce the day after. Nobody

However, I love leftover Italian food: Pizza, spaghetti, mannicoti, ravioli, ANYTHING.

Cold pizza is the best breakfast one can partake in.

And any sort of pasta/casserole type dealy makes for great leftovers as well. I gotta disagree with you about tacos, though - those are best fresh and hot, imho.
