Favorite Legendary Pokemon

...I try not to use legendaries, because I find it a lot more fun to construct a party based on which types can cover the other types' asses.

It's just more fun to construct a team for me.

Anyway, seriously, probably Lucario. Or Lugia. Or Ho-Oh. Those three can actually be kitted out to be a serious threat and work well with my playstyle. If I build a team with one of them, however, they get second or third billing (usually after my starter and a Ground type).

These were my first Legendaries, and they killed everyone I met.

I've seen plenty of "favorite pokemon" threads, but the search bar revealed that this one hasn't been covered. I know "favorite" threads are pretty tired, but I enjoy hearing people's opinions and justifications, so here goes.

I have two.

Lugia: The first time I saw the cover for Pokemon Silver, which was a while before it came out (mind you I was like 8 or 9), Lugia blew my mind, it was the coolest shit ever. Then he was awesome in the game, and then I saw the second movie and he pretty much owned everything. He might actually be my favorite pokemon period.

Groudon: Three words. Solarbeam. Without. Charging.

You legend! You love Lugia for the exact same reasons I do! I fell in love with that bastard the first time I saw him, then in the movie he was just the most badass thing I'd ever seen! Plus I love the sea and anything sea-related, so the Pokemon guardian of the sea is gonna rank freakin' high with me!

My favourite pokemon aren't legendaries, but if I were to choose it would be Azelf. I love that funny pixie thing.

I actually almost never use legendaries. I haven't used a legendary since I caught Palkia. They're just a bit too overpowered for my liking, and I never feel fair pitting them against anybody. I will use a pseudo-legendary for a little while, though, but again I'll stop using them once it starts to feel unfair. My favourite in this case was Metagross.
