The outside frosting is your standred dried sugary stuff, like on frosted animal crackers, or like the chocalate covering on some ice cream in texture, but not in taste.
I haven't had any since I was 9! My god why did they discontinue those in America? They were so damn good D:

Tried for a long while to find a clip of the original Addams Family opening scene (Wednesday and Pugsly selling lemonade to Girl Scouts. "Well, is it made with real lemons?" "Are your cookies made with real Girl Scouts?") to no avail... looks like Paramount locked them all down tight.
I thought it was well known that snowballs are the best Little Debbie. Although, I do have an overwhelming love for coconut, but the snowball just combines everything so perfectly.
