Favorite meal?

My English when it comes to food is rubbish, but the "inner" meat of a bull rare, those potatoes that are made with cream and cheese, whatever you foreign people call that, steamed vegetables and a nice glass of sweetish red wine... Oh yes... That's it... Come to mommy...

Cheese ravioli with meat sauce. Doesn't need a side dish. Or fired rice with chicken, chopped negis, and lemon sauce on it.

A bigass fucking slab of ribs with a Kentucky bourbon or Kansas City molasses-based barbecue sauce. I loves me some BBQ.

I'm quite fond of making my own variations of Japanese cuisine.

My favorite thing to make is stir fried soba noodles with tofu and vegetables topped off with Tea and fresh mineral water...

Here's mine:

Cover a baking tray with nachos.
Fry some minced meat with good seasoning and spread it over the nachos.
Add can off salsa.
Maybe some jalapenos or beans.
Cover everything with grated cheddar.
Put into 170C (340F) oven for about one cigarette.
If you have the energy, some nice fresh green salad fits perfectly with this one.

Mince meat with pasta in a tomato sauce including (but not limited to) Mushrooms, lardons, various herbs and spices, kidney beans on occasion.

Either that or a bit meaty pizza.
