man pig meat is the best. I don't actually like pork that much compared to steak or chicken or kangaroo etc. but the best stuff is pork based like bacon and crckling an rinds etc. Mmmm, salty.

My roommate made a roast wrapped in bacon a couple times last year. Those of us he was serving preferred the residual bacon to the actual dinner. We're odd that way.

Goose. Specifically, peppered goose breast from the oven. So, so yummy. When done just right, I swear it feels like it's melting in your mouth. Juiciest, most succulent meat I've ever had and so damned tasty. I genuinely started laughing joyfully the first time I tasted it.
