In a game: The Chaos Blades / Blades of Athena in God of War. They're technically a melee weapon, right?
In real life: I do like the kukri from a design perspective but for practicality, I like a good claw hammer. You could do some nasty things with either end of it.

I'd have to say the Rocket Launcher from Halo 2. So many assassinations back in the day...
But seriously? The baseball bat. Nice heavy swing, powerful hit, and the only weapon you can say "Home Run!" with after cracking your enemy's skull.
