The first fight with Grey Fox. Something satisfying about beating the bejeezus out of a cyborg ninja only to watch him flip out and bash his head into the ground while shouting "HURT ME MORE!!!" and then mention that he needs his medicine before vanishing into an air duct. It was a great wtf moment for me and my younger brother the first time we played that game.
The Sorrow from MGS3. Although it isn't actually a fight, it's fun to walk through a river of all the people you killed throughout the game. You can see the wounds you caused and actually hear them screaming things like, "My head is holding on by a thread!" Also, when you spent the whole game screwing around it's funny to count exactly how many died of nut shots.
I liked "the fear." That's one of those rare instances where you see a boss cutscene and go "yeah, I'm fucked" He shoots Snake in the leg with a crossbow, appears out of nowhere and says that they're paralyzing poison tipped arrows, and then breaks both his arms, and crawls up a tree excorsist style and disappears again.
The End. That was such a fun boss purely because you didnt know if he was gonna shoot you or not.
Why do so many people like The End? It was long and boring, and this is coming from someone who actually likes sniping. (Though I have to admit it's fun to save the game during the boss fight and come back a few days later to find out he died of old age) Usually, I just used that cheater way of doing it, when you can shoot him in the wheel chair before he gets into the building right after you beat The Pain.
