I would put up the entire film but you did say sceans so, the chemical burn scean from fight club (couldn't find a clip for some reason) and

and
I love this film so much, and the first time I watched it Tyler revialing his true nature blew my mind.

And again I would put the entire film but it's sceans, so the scean where he reviles the secret.
I actually cheered in the cinema, made me feel like a child again.

I can't say I have one favorite scene but the one that came to mind when I saw the title was
the ending of There will be blood.

I'm saddened by the lack of Comedian-related movie moments from Watchmen :(.

yea well
the title said favorite movie moment so I thought one specific scene.
It was tempting though to just say every single scene with the comedian from the watchmen.

Whoever posted the video decided to edit it like a goon, but....

When that line was spoken I knew that Gattaca was one of my favorite movies. Oh, I know it's cheesy at times but it's such an unabashedly blatant underdog story and I love it.

Not this one in particular, but probably the one where the kid can't hear the sound of the bells as they move. All the feels.

Again, cheesy? Maybe. But holy crap I love this movie. Okay, so I went to see it with my mom just before the first christmas that I knew about Santa, but... But jesus I love this movie. Even now at Christmas I hang little silver bells on the door handles around the house and hearing that sound never stops being precious to me.

One of my personal favorites from O Brother, Where Art Thou?:

And, of course, Full Metal Jacket:

That one scene from Drive.
I'd say more but I don't even want to leave hints for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

Hmm, quite a few. The most obvious one would be from Lord of the Rings (from about 2:30 in for the best part):

I'd have to think about other ones. Specific scenes aren't always easy to find on YouTube.
I got chills when I saw that. When I saw it the the theater, people were loud and talking, and one guy had to be kicked out. When the horns blew, one guy yelled "Holey Shit" and the entire room became still and silent for the rest of the movie. I saw people staring at the screen with their mouths open and at least one person with tears in their eyes.

First off, yes, I know this is a series technically, but it's such a damn epic scene that I have to share it with you, because I love it, and the music almost makes me tear eyed every time I see it.

If I HAD to chose one from a movie, it would be from my favorite movie ever, and the greatest movie ever made:

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

(sorry about the qualities, but these were the ones for the scenes I love)

"I'm not a comic book villain. Did you really think I'd reveal my masterstroke to you if there was the slightest possibility you could affect the outcome? I triggered it 35 minutes ago."
- Ozymandias

That moment was the ultimate retribution for all the dumbass Bond villains I've had to suffer through explaining their plans, talking and talking and talking instead of just pulling the damn trigger.
