Pfft. Step up and pick one. Fence sitters.

Lots of movies I like, lots of movies are probably better, but I think I have to go with The Princess Bride, because at heart I'm a sap - it resonates with me somehow.

Hmm it's ridiculously hard to narrow my favourites down to a short list...they change depending upon my mood I guess! A short (ish) list would have to include, however:

Event Horizon (quite surprised no one else mentioned it, though I may have missed it)
No Country For Old Men
The Frighteners
Anchorman
Ghostbusters
Hot Fuzz
Princess Mononoke (to be fair, most of the Studio Ghibli collection would make it into the list)
Grave of the Fireflies
Bubba Ho-Tep
Army of Darkness
Dogma
Four Brothers

...and the list's already going on longer than intended! :(

My all time favorite is the Lord of the Rings series, but I just recently saw Into the Wild which was an 13 out of 10 excellent movie.

-I would say 28 days later. "A good initiation to horror movies" and even then it's still good
-There will be blood. Great acting and I loved the milkshake scene (see the movie, you will see why).
-I liked sixth sense, it had a good plot twist

I usually like a movie with a plot twist/Good acting/Original/That makes you beleive it could happen (Especially for horror movies).

I hate it when you actually know what's going to happen. That's why I hate Super Hero Movies.(You know the bad guy dies).

There's no way I could possibly narrow down my favourites to one. So, my list, again in no particular order:

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
Children of Men
Fight Club
Princess Mononoke
In Bruges
Pan's Labyrinth
End of Evangelion
Iron Man
Serenity
I Am Legend

I'll end it there, 'cause I could go on forever.

Everything and Anything with Action, Adventure, RPG, or Racing I think.
One questionm how's the concept of RPG applies to a movie. (Role Playing game)?

Oh and I loved Sunshine. It actually gaved me an idea of how I wanna die later.
I loved the Truman Shoe and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind (I know, I like Jim Carrey).

Brilliant film, one of the best westerns ever made.

However my top favourite at the moment is "Secret Window" just love the twist at the end.

probably "The Street of Crocodiles" by The Brothers Quay

artistically it probably had the greatest effect on me out of anything i've ever seen. it's an animated short, but it's incredible.
