Anyone really. But if you want one that kinda feels like a guilty pleasure towards Aliens, go with Destiny Deoxys.

But by far the worst movie and hardest to make fun of is the jirachi one. Pokemon Heroes is also hard to make fun of.

If your not up to mock Deoxys, try Pokemon 2000 (By far, one of my favorites in terms of action)

But, If you want to have a serious time with one follow my instructions:

Put in The Rise of Darkrai <---specifically that one
Press the mute button the moment a line of dialogue comes up from the following characters:
Ash, Dawn, Brock.
Unpress it when they are done being annoying.
Ignore their presence until further notice.
And....Voila, you actually have a good movie you can take seriously.

I've mocked many in my time. Most recently the Shutter [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0482599/] remake provided excellent fodder for ridicule. But my all time favourite is a little seen Australian "horror" called Rapid Fear [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0434299/]; it perfectly defines "so bad it's good".
