Sting, Sinaed O Connor or King Crimson probably.

I'll pick Sting as he was the first in my head.

Mind you, not the Police, just Sting.

Possibly the most famous one...9th Sympany which is in A Clockwork Orange which is an amazing movie.

My favorite is Opus 131 in C# Minor.

I don't really have favourites, so much as a core of my collection that I return to a lot. On any day, any of those artists could be replaced by a stronger desire to hear some other music instead. King Crimson could just as well been AC/DC on that list. Or Sufjan Stevens.
