For me, it's hard to decide since there's so many, but my personal favorites include Faeries, Dragons, Unicorns, Werewolves, Amphisbanea, Elves, Chimeras, Manticores, Pegasai, Cerberus, Minotaurs, Fauns, Centaurs, and various Japanese "Yokai" like Nekomata and Kitsune.

I also have an interest in Vampire lore, but up to a point (ie: none of that prissy "Twilight" crap. I've never read any Anne Rice novels, but I might someday...)
