Favorite Non-Human Super Soldier

Who or what is your favorite non-human "supersoldier" from SF/F? (And by favorite I don't mean the best, that's something else altogether)

I gotta say it's the Howlers from Animorphs. Not only are they incredibly kickass, but they have an exceedingly creative background.

I'm nitpicking a bit here but I don't think it'd be appropriate per say to use the term 'super-soldier' on non-humans considering it's origin from Military Science Fiction, human soldiers, and it's a play on the term 'super-hero.' That aside, I think Tau's with Battlesuits is eligible as a non-human super soldier. They're pretty super I'd say, especially the Crisis Battlesuits.

Does the Terminator count? He is technically a machine guised as a human. The police department massacre is probably the greatest one-man army scene ever.

That aside, I think Tau's with Battlesuits is eligible as a non-human super soldier. They're pretty super I'd say, especially the Crisis Battlesuits.

The Tau themselves aren't any special, though. You could just as easily say a Tau Hammerhead crew, or eldar war walker pilot are super soldiers.

Or even an ork on a bike. Compared to an ork on foot, it's super fast, and probably has more firepower.

Sechs. Don't dare refer to him/her as AR-6.

An android replica of another cyborg, Sechs is technically not a human. Sechs has a completely artificial brain and body, and is actually only two years old. And can kill you with a punch from two miles away if he feels like it.
