You beat me to it, but yes phoenix downs, and no they dont get disqualified as weapons.
They actually heal undead enemies so they get from undead to just dead, they still do
no actual damage, they just lower the un-life-bar.
( its the same principle that you actually dont "kill" anyone in a zombiemovie/game, you just make them less undead, they already are dead...... and i have thought about this way to much )

Now, can we just get phoenix down in real life so i can do some stunts, they looks fun but is way to dangerous with only one life left...
