-Mako...yeah, and what?
-First conversation with Liara after you rescue her. "What?! No! I did not mean to insinuate-ah-I never meant to offend you Shepard. I only meant you would be an interesting specimen for an in depth study-ah, no. That's even worse." Yes, I've seen that scene so many times I have it memorized.
-So much more.

ME2
-Mordin singing
-Getting my whole team out alive from the suicide mission
-Shadow Broker Mission
-Mordin's sex advice
-So much more.

ME3
-Mording singing...*sniff*
-Ashley getting drunk
-Tali getting drunk
-Everything Wrex
-Kalros defeating a Reaper

Remembered another one

- "The council though that blasto, the first hanar spectre, would play by the rules. This one wonders if the criminal scum consider itself fortunate. Enkindle this"

The Sovereign reveal and Vigil conversation. Fighting underneath Sovereign on the face of the Citadel tower is a close third.

Yeah, the Alliance rescuing the Destiny Ascension was pretty fantastic (other than Maverick telling no one in particular to buzz the tower with him).. hard to believe how the endings scale backward in quality.

Any time you flirted with Liara in the first game. Watching her squirm was so adorable, and the romance was great.

Liara's romance scene in Mass Effect 2 Lair of the Shadow Broker. It was perfectly written, the dialogue (at least for the female Shepard) was spoken perfectly, Liara's expression was perfect. Everything about that scene was perfect.

And Liara's romance in Mass Effect 3. I really like Liara, okay? No, it doesn't have to do with the fact that she had an actual romance scene, though that was a big plus.

Other good things:
"My name is Garrus Vakarian and THIS is now my favorite spot on the Citadel!"

"Emergency induction port." "Tali, that's a straw." "Emergency induction port."

"Sorry about accusing you of shoving a gun in my face, even if you didn't really do that." Conrad's entire SCENE in Mass Effect 3 was a big shout out to all the fans. I loved it. And seeing Jenna again was a nice touch.

Thane's funeral. I'm sorry, I cried. I just got through it again and I had tears running down my face again. That scene was amazing.

"And they will continue to not suspect me until my day of reckoning comes."
"EDI..."
"Did I voice that on the bridge?"
"I see you have acquired the human trait of asking questions you already know the answer to."

"Is that armor in good working condition? Because I'm going to be standing behind you."

"Who votes we take the big, heavily-armored vehicle into the dark underground bunker?"

I think my favorite thing from Mass Effect 3 goes to finally being proven right about Liara's 'father.' I suspected it was Aethyta when I first met her. She seemed to be a bit bitter at Benizia, more so than just a normal person. When she said she was the father of a pure blood, I went, "It's her. It has to be."
Then Shadow Broker came out, and you get that video of her looking at Liara's picture. I was very proud of myself for figuring it out.
But then, you get to confront both of them about it. Their conversation is touching, amusing, sexy, and telling. Learning where Liara's nickname comes from, seeing her father play her regarding the Krogan DNA in her, having her tease Liara about her and Shepard's love life "If you have to be all civil about it, you're not doing it right." Classic.

Mass Effect:
-Hearing the main menu music for the first time. It was something really special
-The cutscene of the Normandy taking down Sovereign
-Talking to the Prothean VI
-Getting Wrex his family armor
-THE WHOLE DAMN GAME (okay, yeah, combat is wonky)

Mass Effect 2:
-watching Shepard die was very powerful indeed
-the mission to recruit Thane
-Mordin singing
-seeing how all the various romances played out
-Samara's loyalty mission
-Lair of the Shadow Broker
-agonizing over whether to destroy or save the Collector Base
-THE WHOLE DAMN GAME (although ME2 gets really tedious upon repeat playthroughs.)

Mass Effect 3:
-THE WHOLE DAMN GAME (except for all the annoying technical issues. It really could have used more polish in that regard.)

As great as the Tuchanka story was in ME3 I will have to go with Virmire. Best chapter in the ME franchise imo. So many great scenes there.

Okay, now I want to see a scene in which Grunt and Wrex are back to back, surrounded on all sides, and then charge into the fight. Can any TV/PC monitor handle that much badass at once?? O_O

Mass Effect 1
- Virmire, probably the best part of the whole game, pretty scenery and the way that the Mako makes tracks in the water, the "hold the line" speech, etc.
- Wrex. Mass Effect 1 was actually "Wrex Kills A Lot of Bad Guys" with "with some minor but completely un-needed assistance from commander Shepard" in the small print.

Mass Effect 2
- The opening scene where you pass through the part of the ship that's exposed to vacuum.
- "I guess we should give it a name"
- Mordin. Grunt.
- The Hammerhead Missions (That vehicle rocked!)
- The suicide run on the omega4 relay, beautiful piece of cinematography there.

Mass Effect 3
The whole damn game.
- The hammerhead vs. mako argument in the shuttle bay
- EDI & Joker
- Mordin's Heroic sacrifice. Grunt's heroic sacrifice (but YAY he survived!)
- Drunk Tali
- Blasto poster and audio clip
- The run to the beam where Shepard get fried by the reapers.

It was pretty nice to see David again wasn't it. What happened to him in Overlord was monstrous. I always knew I made the right decision in freeing him. Plus, he indirectly gives you a FREE upgrade to the M-96 Mattock as a bonus!

Captcha: face the music. Should I be worried about that? o_O

Another very emotional moment is the fall of Thessia. A truly great scene as well. You feel anger since you failed and got beaten by Kai Leng. You feel frustrated and hopeless since you were unable to save Thessia and the people you recently spoke with. You feel stressed since time is running out. An enormous pressure is on your shoulder.

What a cathartic idea!

PREPARE FOR A VERY MUSICAL EDITION OF FAVOURITE PARTS. :)

ME2:

-the entire intro sequence, from the space walk to Shepard dying with that piano music in the background [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GW8x8I8kA2U&t=4m50s]. This was my first exposure to Mass Effect, and I knew right then I was in for the long-haul.
-the Illusive Man scenes... his mysterious eyes, the glorious star in the background [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBLOvSb56Vc].
-"I guess we should give it a name." [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXCM0lZxh4U]
-Omega's grungy vibe. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUKrhOu6e28]
-Mordin's recruitment mission and the way it felt like an extension of Omega's grungy vibe.
-Garrus's recruitment mission. That was the first time I was seeing the guy, and they still managed to make me know that this reunion was one for the books.
-Mordin. My favourite video game character, period. Can't write out all his amazing lines, and since Gilbert & Sullivan's been taken, I'll have to get more creative. The speech he gives about his nephew before going off into the Suicide Mission. "Can't anthropomorphize galaxy. But can think of favourite nephew. Fighting for him." [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAiG3WNQ06Q] One of the funniest and, simultaneously, most meaningful scenes in the game.
-Garrus. Except maybe Garrus. Same as above, too many to write them all. I'll settle for this moment of honesty and friendship [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6zNZjKGGL8=0m37s].
-"I am a biotic God. Fear me."
-Thane's loyalty.
-Samara's loyalty.
-Kasumi's loyalty.
-Joker/EDI.
-all Elcor. Ever.
-Lair of the Shadow Broker. From start to finish. "I know your every secret, while you fumble in the dark." [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saBOuw1Pcjw=4m06s] Wowza.
-Grunt's theme [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhYEJ42sQ80].
-Tali's theme [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rN4sXqnHZoI=1m20s].
-The Suicide Mission [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1HL4FO3TKzY]. Losing my best mate Garrus, my trusted advisor Mordin, my ice queen with a conscience Miranda, and the coolest Geth in the universe, Legion. (Yeah, no way I was playing that save.)

Obviously that's far from everything... but it'll have to do on short notice.

ME3:

-leaving Earth. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGHA9oO1Ybg]
-all of Mars. The fight with Dr. Eva.
-exploring the ship all over again, seeing how my baby's changed.
-meeting up with the old team, seeing how they've changed and what they're up to. Reminiscing about old times.
-EDI. Her intro scene, her relationship with Joker, anything and everything, but especially her final talk with Shepard on Earth. That was amazing.
-all of Palaven, meeting Garrus. Speaking of Garrus: his early conversation about how before you were doing everything on the fly, but now Shepard and Garrus are both - tongue planted firmly in cheek - "respectable." And of course, balcony.
-meeting Kasumi, her close call with death. It was my first reality check that anyone could die at any time, and it left a mark.
-"You big, stupid jellyfish!"
-all of Sur'Kesh. Meeting Wrex. Having the opportunity to reunite Wrex, Liara, and Garrus, and watching that sequence of events unfold. "Now we can get back to doing what krogan do best: saving everyone else from giant monsters." [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bj4UV7RV5o=m2s12]
-Meeting Mordin.
-all of Tuchanka. Reaperzilla vs. Threshra. "Someone else might have gotten it wrong."
-The Citadel feeling like a real city with many different areas and vibes, all of the squadmates coming down for some shore leave.
-the squadmates going over to talk to one another.
-Jack's character development.
-Grunt's sacrifice. (He got better.)
-Thane's death.
-meeting Legion, Tali.
-all of Rannoch. "I'll build my home here." Legion's sacrifice, failing to broker a peace between the Quarians and the Geth and watching the genocide that unfolds, culminating with Tali's death.
-Kaidan/Ashley's role in the plot, coming by to see if they're OK or not and never knowing if they'll pull through. Kaidan's attempt at romance in the Presidium.
-seeing the destroyed Citadel after the Cerberus attack.
-Liara's time capsule.
-confrontation between Anderson, Shepard, and The Illusive Man. Didn't really like a lot of the stuff that led up to it, and obviously anything after, but there's about 2-3 minutes' worth of stuff there that had me right on the edge of my seat.
