Toxic.

Seriously, this move is great against anything with a ton of HP or defense, and useful against anything that you don't have a type advantage against. It's also useful if your own pokemon becomes confused/sleep/frozen/etc. as it continues to deal increasing amounts of damage.

Combo'd together with leech seed, it chews through heavy hitters like Dragonite or Gyarados.

I haven't played since Generation III though, so it may not be as effective nowadays.

If you use Charge before it... my god.

You evil genius. That's brilliant.
You could just use Nasty plot, it doesn't get rid of the charge after it's used and you can stack up to three of them.
Depends if the electric pokemon can learn nasty plot though
Oh you're right... the only ones that can are the pikachu line, plusle and minun and thundurus. A bunch of crap and an uber. You could just run thunder on something that isn't electric type though.
I suppose, but it wouldn't be as cool :/

Also, what's the STAB on moves?

Because Thunder does 120, and charge doubles it, you have a raw power of 240. With a STAB boost it would be well over that o_O
Stab is a 1.5 multiplier. So it would bring it up to 360 base power. They could just switch into a ground type though. Plus a resist would bring it down to 180 which mat still seem like a lot but there is always spD investment.
360 Power, shit that's good.

Hold on I'll do a damage calculation. Can you choose a user of thunder/charge and a recipient/body bag victim?

Uhhhm I don't know really, let's say someone who gets regular dammage, like a normal type

Okay, assuming a max spA Raichu without choice specs uses thunder on a, let's say Blissey because they're bulky as absolute hell then it will do 36%-42% of Blissey's health. Also that is with Max hp neutral spD Blissey. Raichu is sort of crappy and Blissey is a monster tank so it makes sense though.

Ice Beam. Why? Because it's Ice Beam, dammit. You don't ask why.

Also, it makes me think of this:

It would have to be Mirror Coat, catches people of guard every time. That or Earthquake, every team needs an Earthquake user, usually more than one.

A Galvantula with CoumpoundEyes as its ability = ~91% Accuracy On THUNDER...Coupled with STAB and Galvantula's speed and decent Sp. Attack lets it go first and fry anything that doesn't resist or have obscene Sp. Defense.

If you want give it the Zoom Lens as well letting Thunder have over 100% accuracy and thus, barring evasion boosters/accuracy lowers, NEVER MISSING.

I couldn't really say for sure. Different strokes for different... pokemon. Thunder in Red just looked and sounded so beast though so I guess I'll go with that.

2nd place is Mean Look. THERE IS NO RUNNING NOW, STUPID POKEMON!

I knew you read MGDMT because you've linked a few of them in your posts before.

Surf is my go to attack, I have found it can wipe the floor with many an enemy, and when coupled with certain pokemon, like Kyogre (who is also my favorite water type) it can even be used to effectively take down pokemon it isn't very effective against

Counter.
There's just something about taking a powerful attack, and turning it against its user for double the damage that really appeals to me.
Plus, I always was a big Wobbuffet softie.

It's not exactly an attack, but I am immensely fond of spamming Sand-Attack. It's the ultimate way to immediately prove that you are a giant dick.
