Yeah, technically its a 6th gen console. Sega Saturn would have fit in better, but it really depends on your own view

Yeah, now that I remember correctly, I preordered my dreamcast around the time I preordered my PS2

Saturn:
Marvel VS Capcom And there was this shooter game where you ride a dragon and shoot things w/ a laser pistol that was great, anyone remember the name? My Friend had it and I used to play it at his house all the time.
