I did use the search bar and found that this has been done but that one was so old that i thought i might just give a new one a try.

Mine would be from a Monty Python sketch about the Spanish Inquisition.
"No one expects the Spanish Inquisition."

That sketch is funny as hell.My second favorite is also from Monty Python. But one of the movies, not Tv-shows.
It would be from Monty Python and the meaning of life.
"Ahh yes the machine that goes "ping"."

Rifftrax on Twilight. Right during the "passionate" first kiss scene, which takes forever, Mike Nelson says "COME ON! It takes Peewee League Football teams less time to score!"

Or Marla Singer from Fight Club the movie, "I haven't been fucked like that since gradeschool".

Fallout 2, when the chosen one meets the wright children.

Chosen: "Why are you wearing a pot on your head?"
Kid: "Its not a pot, its my helmet, stupid"
Fav quote -- Chosen: "Call me stupid again, you little shit, and we'll see how well that 'helmet' protects you from a bullet to your face."

"All we have to believe with is our senses, the tools we use to perceive the world: our sight, our touch, our memory. If they lie to us, then nothing can be trusted. And even if we do not believe, then still we cannot travel in any other way than the road our senses show us; and we must walk that road to the end."

Guess it, and you can has cookie.

"There's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you. I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a ************ before you popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice. Now I'm thinkin': it could mean you're the evil man. And I'm the righteous man. And Mr. 9mm here, he's the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness. Or it could be you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. I'd like that. But that shit ain't the truth. The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be a shepherd. " -Jules, Pulp Fiction
