One of my favs is of course Captain Mal in the episode "Shindig". He has the pompous a-hole down on the ground after their duel with his sword pointed at him: "Ya know mercy is the mark of a great man. (Stab in the arm) Guess im just a good man. (Stab) Well im alright."
Awesome moment from "Safe" The backward kidnapping village is about to set River and Simon on fire when BOOM shots ring out, Mal and Zoe storm in with the "Serenity" flying right above them. "Just in time to save the day, what does that make us Zoe?" "Big Damn heroes sir." "Ain't we just."
Village leader: "You cannot stop Gods will!"
Mal: "You see that man up their with the big gun?" Jayne's hanging out the back of the cargo door with what looks like Vera "He didnt even want to come back here, he's looking to hurt some folk. So its his will I would worry about right now."
Finally from "Serenity" when Mal meets the Operative for the first time. "We locked on to Serenity's pulse beacon the moment you hit atmo. One word and it'll be blown to dust."
Mal: "You do that, (reaches in jacket) you best make peace with your dear and fluffy lord" (throws)
Operative: (Catches) Pulse beacon... ROFL every time.
